FAQs

  • As an exhibitor, you will be provided with:

    • One 10x10 exhibit booth

    • One 6' Skirted Table

    • Two Folding Chairs

  • You will receive an acceptance or declination letter by March 1st, 2024. If your application is accepted, you will receive an agreement to sign and be invoiced for the booth and/or sponsorship. You will receive regular updates throughout the process.

  • Yes! Lead Retrieval will be provided through Expo Pass for $175 per license.

  • Your exhibitor staff will be registered on your behalf once your application is approved. An SMWC8 representative will reach out to gather that information.

  • Diamond Sponsors are provided with an attendee list that includes email addresses for attendees who have opted-in.

    Wellness Together’s Student Mental Wellness Conference will be hosted on the second and third floors of the Anaheim Convention Center! We are excited to offer more in-person breakouts than ever before!

    Parking is available at the Anaheim Convention Center and nearby hotels. Plan to pay $20+ for parking with a credit card. Parking rates are subject to change based on event activity in and around the Center.
